Next day delivery of custom MLS sized + high resolution, artistically edited images presented in an on-line gallery for easy viewing and downloading.
Complimentary Blue Sky Replacement on 2 main exterior images (front and back).
Package fee is due upon booking.
LIST IT - $200
15 custom MLS sized + high-resolution, artistically edited images + a print release. Images will be presented in an on-line gallery for easy viewing, sharing and downloading. (30-45 minutes of shooting time)
SHOW IT - $250
30 custom MLS sized + high-resolution, artistically edited images + a print release. Images will be presented in an on-line gallery for easy viewing, sharing and downloading. (45-60 minutes of shooting time)
CLOSE IT - $300
45+ custom MLS sized + high-resolution, artistically edited images + a print release. Images will be presented in an on-line gallery for easy viewing, sharing and downloading. (1-2 hours of shooting time)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment is due at the time of booking.
Photo delivery is within 24 hours of the shoot.
A 50% refund will be allowed with at least 48 hours notice of cancellation prior to shoot.
There is a rescheduling fee of $100 for any changes requested within 72 hours of a scheduled shoot.
No refunds allowed once shooting has been completed.
There will be an additional $100 fee to re-shoot exteriors.
Your gallery will be available for download for 30 days after delivery. Files more than 30 days old will be deleted.
MLS custom sized images will be branded. High resolution files will be unbranded and may be used for print only.
There is a travel fee outside of Ottawa County.
